Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of multi-outlet retail food service management experience preferred
- Experience in marketing, merchandising and cash handling
- Experience managing high volume, fast-paced outlets preferred
- Strong computer skills with experience in retail technology
- Knowledge of SERV Safe or food safety and sanitation
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Plan and administer retail and catering operations including marketing, merchandising and cash management
- Ensure compliance with Aramark Healthcare+ standards, regulatory agencies and client requirements
- Lead retail managers, supervisors and staff to ensure excellent performance
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with other departments and clients
- Manage multiple retail outlets including cafes, coffee shops, bistros and convenience locations
- Deliver strong operational performance through monitoring, assessments and action plans
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, training and performance management of retail teams
- Develop and implement retail service plans to improve service quality and profitability
- Utilize customer feedback to enhance retail services
- Forecast and manage financial components and accounting functions
