The Retail Director position available at Jefferson Einstein Philadelphia Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, represents an exciting leadership opportunity within the healthcare retail sector. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Retail Director oversees retail and catering operations that include multiple retail outlets such as cafes, coffee shops, bistros, and convenience locations within the hospital. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of multi-outlet retail food service management experience preferred
  • Experience in marketing, merchandising and cash handling
  • Experience managing high volume, fast-paced outlets preferred
  • Strong computer skills with experience in retail technology
  • Knowledge of SERV Safe or food safety and sanitation
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
