This particular opportunity is for the position of Retail Food Manager 3 at Abbott Northwestern Hospital, located in Minneapolis, MN. The Retail Food Manager 3 will provide operational leadership within the retail food services department. The role is centered on managing retail operations, focusing on team development, customer satisfaction, compliance with food and safety regulations, and maintaining branded retail concepts. This leadership position demands not only strong managerial skills but also expertise in retail food management within a healthcare environment. The manager will be responsible for motivating, coaching, and mentoring hourly staff, ensuring top-notch customer service, overseeing cash handling processes, and maintaining Point of Sale (POS) systems. They will also ensure compliance with physical and food safety standards and conduct brand standard audits for both in-house and national brands.

The incumbent will manage vendor relationships, ensure proper merchandising and marketing practices, and maintain the integrity of signage including digital displays.
