The role of Retail Food Manager 2 at Sodexo is integral to the successful operation of high-volume retail food venues within the Renown Hospital community. As a Retail Food Manager 2, you will be responsible for overseeing daily foodservice operations to ensure consistent food quality, exceptional service standards, and a welcoming dining environment. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- At least one year of management experience in retail or high-volume foodservice operations
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and lead teams effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards preferably ServSafe certification
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent customer service orientation and a positive professional attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Minimum one year of management experience in retail or high-volume foodservice operations
- Demonstrated people leadership skills with ability to motivate teams and lead from the floor
- Working knowledge of food safety sanitation and operational compliance standards with ServSafe strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- A customer-focused mindset positive attitude and commitment to hospitality teamwork and continuous improvement
Job Duties
