Job Duties
- Oversee daily retail food service operations ensuring compliance with Sodexo and Kaiser Permanente standards
- Lead, train, schedule, and support a team of associates to deliver consistent and friendly service
- Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements
- Collaborate with clients and internal partners to enhance the overall retail experience
- Maintain high service standards and a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff
- Monitor inventory and supplies to optimize efficiency and reduce waste
- Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
