This leadership role emphasizes a hands-on approach, requiring frequent visits to store locations for training, coaching, and inspiring retail teams to exceed expectations. In addition to managing store operations, the manager is accountable for enforcing Goodwill's core values within their district, which include Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation. This emphasis on values-driven leadership supports ongoing culture transformation and effective change management within the organization.

Proficiency in retail inventory systems, POS computer systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is expected, along with a valid Arizona driver's license and the ability to pass background and drug screenings. The position requires reliable transportation to regularly visit multiple store locations, ensuring operational standards and team development are consistently maintained.

Working at Goodwill offers employees a comprehensive total rewards package, effective on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. This package includes multiple medical and dental plans, vision coverage, employer-funded health reimbursement accounts, 401(k) plans, employer-paid life insurance, an employee assistance program, as well as paid time off and holidays.
