The current opportunity is for a Receiving and Merchandising Associate responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring associates process merchandise efficiently and effectively. The role revolves around maintaining the store’s organization and cleanliness, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and mentoring team members to uphold TJ Maxx’s merchandising philosophies and standards. The position requires orchestrating truck deliveries, prioritizing merchandise processing to the sales floor, ensuring proper tagging and coding of items, and maintaining back stock for easy replenishment. Strong communication and leadership skills are vital as the associate will collaborate closely with management and associates to ensure smooth store operation and task completion. This role involves promoting customer service excellence by engaging all customers and maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months leadership experience
- able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- able to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation
