The current opportunity is for a Receiving and Merchandising Associate responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring associates process merchandise efficiently and effectively. The role revolves around maintaining the store’s organization and cleanliness, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and mentoring team members to uphold TJ Maxx’s merchandising philosophies and standards. The position requires orchestrating truck deliveries, prioritizing merchandise processing to the sales floor, ensuring proper tagging and coding of items, and maintaining back stock for easy replenishment.
