This job opportunity is with the Store at Wichita-Greenwich, KS, where team members play a crucial role in delivering friendly and efficient customer service. The position involves assisting customers as they shop, helping them locate products, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience. Team members are responsible for maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the brand promises, ensuring that the store is well-merchandised, organized, and fully stocked. Duties include truck unloading, stocking shelves, and adhering closely to company procedures and safety protocols. The role also entails engaging customers with promotions such as the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, as well as encouraging participation in the Voice of Customer survey. Employees are cross-trained in custom framing selling and production, supporting various Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store. This full-time or part-time position requires physical stamina to remain standing for long periods and perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching. The work environment includes climate-controlled public retail spaces, with occasional outdoor and warehouse areas.
