Sherwin-Williams values its employees and invests continuously in their growth, well-being, and career advancement.
Sherwin-Williams is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their retail team at Store #708026 located at 7102 N Division St., Spokane, WA 99208. This is a full-time opportunity with a starting pay of $17.85 per hour. The Customer Service Specialist position is essential to the success of Sherwin-Williams' retail stores, playing a key role in fostering excellent customer relationships and driving store sales. Customer Service Specialists serve as the first point of contact for both wholesale and retail customers, working closely with them to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the most appropriate solutions.
In this role, the specialist must uphold high standards of customer service to ensure maximum client satisfaction by resolving inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. The role involves both in-person and phone interactions with customers, which may include minors, as well as handling cash, payment methods, store merchandise, and other valuable items, sometimes requiring supervision. Sherwin-Williams is dedicated to safeguarding the safety and security of its customers and employees and therefore conducts necessary criminal history reviews as part of the hiring process.
