Job Duties
- Greet all customers in a warm, professional manner representing Ashley's brand image
- provide exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and email communications
- assist with processing sales orders accurately and efficiently ensuring all required documentation is complete
- process customer credit applications and assist with financing arrangements
- follow established cash handling procedures, process payments accurately, and reconcile transactions under supervision
- address customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating complex issues as needed
- support management with operational audits, inventory processes, and compliance checks
- maintain accurate records, prepare routine reports, and ensure all sales and office paperwork is completed and filed
- work cooperatively with sales team and store associates for seamless operations
- utilize point-of-sale systems, retail management software, and Microsoft Office Suite to perform duties
- complete additional tasks assigned by management
