We are currently seeking cashiers to join our fast-paced team. Cashiers at Love's interact directly with customers, providing fast, friendly, and accurate service in a clean and welcoming environment. The role requires versatility, as duties may vary based on business needs, and therefore, flexibility and teamwork are essential. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training is provided. Responsibilities include general customer service tasks such as assisting customers in finding products, answering inquiries about various items and services, processing customer transactions accurately while adhering to state and local regulations, and promoting additional sales opportunities. Maintaining food safety standards for fresh and deli products is also a key part of the role, alongside keeping working areas, sales floors, restrooms, showers, and gas and diesel pumps clean and orderly. Additional responsibilities might include cross-training in other business areas such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and potential leadership roles. Cashiers must also be physically capable of lifting 25 pounds or more and able to work in various temperature conditions.
