Love’s is currently hiring cashiers who will thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, providing excellent customer service while maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards. The cashier position is integral to the customer experience at Love’s, involving a variety of duties tailored to meet customer needs efficiently and professionally. Cashiers perform general customer service tasks like assisting customers in finding items, answering product and service-related questions, and handling transactions quickly and accurately. They use technology and follow stringent protocols to ensure that food safety standards are met, especially for freshly prepared food products. The role also requires maintaining cleanliness of the immediate work area as well as public spaces such as restrooms, showers, and fuel pump areas. Flexibility is key as cashiers might be cross-trained for additional responsibilities in other departments, such as restaurant services, fresh kitchen duties, facility maintenance, and leadership opportunities.

This position offers competitive pay ranging from $15.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience and performance, alongside a robust benefits package.
