Job Requirements

  • Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to communicate effectively and present information to customers, peers, and management
  • Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, including at least two consecutive hours
  • Capability to perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level
  • Frequent use of computers and handheld technology required

  • Previous selling or customer experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of selling or customer experience preferred
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to provide expert guidance to customers
  • Effective communication skills for virtual, phone, and in-person interactions
  • Ability to build customer relationships and meet sales goals
  • Proficiency in using point of sale technology and related applications
  • Self-driven to stay current with product knowledge and company training
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and management at all levels

Job Duties

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by selling merchandise and meeting customer needs in-store and virtually
  • Assist customers with product recommendations focusing on size, fit, and style using product knowledge and digital resources
  • Engage and build client relationships through in-store and online interactions leveraging outreach tools including company social media
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to solve problems and enhance the customer experience by sharing feedback
  • Utilize point of sale systems, client acquisition platforms, and store technology including computers, tablets, smartphones, and relevant apps
  • Partner with vendors and community partners to develop and host virtual and in-store events driving incremental sales
  • Maintain selling floor presentation and ensure fitting rooms are customer-ready by promptly clearing and returning merchandise
