Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of selling or customer experience preferred
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to communicate and present information effectively to customers, peers, and management
- Resourcefulness and adaptability to changing priorities
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Capability to perform physical tasks including stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level
- Frequent use of computers, handheld equipment, and cash registers
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful work environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by selling merchandise and meeting customer needs in-store or virtually
- Assist customers with product recommendations focusing on size, fit, and style using product knowledge and digital resources
- Engage and interact with customers to acquire and grow client relationships using outreach tools and social media
- Collaborate with peers and store leadership to solve problems and improve the customer experience
- Use POS systems, client acquisition platforms, and other technologies in sales and customer service
- Partner with store teams, vendors, and community partners to plan and host virtual and in-store events to boost sales
- Maintain selling floor presentation and fitting rooms according to company standards
- Receive, unpack, and set up new merchandise complying with visual guidelines
- Reconfigure store fixtures to prepare new layouts and presentations
- Perform store opening and closing procedures including alarm system access and register settlement
- Foster an inclusive environment that promotes acceptance and authentic connections
