Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Must be able to follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- Willingness to perform cleaning and maintenance duties consistently
- No drug or alcohol use as per company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work preferred
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing work scenarios
- Knowledge of safety procedures and handling of cleaning chemicals
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps
- Clean all areas of the facility including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles
- Respond to spills and perform maintenance as necessary to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Operate floor scrubbers and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with company sustainability programs
- Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of chemical supplies and cleaning materials, ensure proper storage and rotation
- Report and correct unsafe situations to management
- Support environmental sustainability through proper disposal and recycling practices
