The Maintenance Associate position at Sam's Club plays a vital role in shaping members' overall shopping experience by ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times. This role is physically active and demands a positive attitude to help reinforce the brand's commitment to excellent member service. Maintenance Associates are responsible for performing a variety of duties including maintaining the cleanliness of parking lots, restrooms, floors, and other common areas, while adhering to established safety standards and procedures. Adaptability is key, as Maintenance Associates must be comfortable working in fast-paced, physically demanding conditions with a focus on both member safety and satisfaction. With a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19.00 to $27.00, along with performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits package, this position offers an excellent opportunity to start a fulfilling career at Sam's Club. In addition to the hourly wage, associates may receive premiums for specific shifts or work environments, recognizing the demanding nature of the position.
