The Retail Concierge role at Brilliant Earth’s Chicago - Gold Coast showroom is essential to delivering a premium customer experience that mirrors the brand’s luxury ethos and dedication to quality. Job Qualifications

- experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- proficiency with POS, CRM, or ERP software is a plus
- familiarity with Mac operating systems beneficial

Job Duties
- Greet and check-in customers proactively
- assist customers to create a memorable one-on-one experience
- act as a brand ambassador communicating company values
- conduct post-sale appointments such as pick-ups and exchanges
- call customers to confirm appointments and answer questions
- review customer feedback and work to improve experience
- maintain showroom cleanliness and order according to standards
- perform weekly and quarterly showroom audits
- liaise with facilities for maintenance and minor repairs
- enforce showroom policies for guest safety and product security
- open and close the showroom and waiting area
