The role available at Marshalls is dedicated to maintaining an exceptionally clean and organized store environment, with a specific focus on floor care and overall store cleanliness. Responsibilities involve the operation of floor maintenance equipment like scrubbers and buffers, along with various cleaning tasks such as dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. The position's starting pay ranges from $13.00 to $13.50 per hour, with actual pay determined by skills, qualifications, and experience.
