This specific role focuses on maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a particular emphasis on floor care. Responsibilities include operating floor cleaning machinery such as scrubbers and buffers, along with manual cleaning tasks like dust mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning glass and windows. The role ensures that the store environment adheres to high standards of cleanliness and presentation consistent with the company’s merchandising philosophy. You will be cross-trained in multiple areas of the store including the backroom, front end, and sales floor to provide support wherever the business needs assistance. Upholding all operational, loss prevention, and health and safety standards is a key part of the role, ensuring a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for customers and associates alike. The position pays between $13.25 and $13.75 per hour, with the actual pay determined by skills, qualifications, and experience.
