Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to handle fast-paced retail environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Willingness to cross train and take on additional responsibilities
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- No prior experience necessary as training is provided

Job Duties
- Provide general customer service including helping customers find items and answering questions
- Balance cash register transactions and offer additional sales while complying with laws
- Use technology to ensure food safety for fresh food and deli products
- Clean work areas, sales floor, restrooms, showers, fuel pumps, and perform trash runs
- Cross train in other departments such as restaurant services, fresh kitchen, facility maintenance, and leadership roles
- Lift and move 25+ pounds and work in various temperature conditions
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
