Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED preferred
- Experience in food service in a high volume setting preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledgeable of and able to follow federal, state and regulatory agency standards and JCAHO for sanitation, food preparation and handling
- Ability to follow coffee recipes accurately
- Ability to properly identify patients and maintain confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED preferred
- Food service experience in a high volume setting preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required
- Knowledge of federal, state, and regulatory sanitation and food handling standards including JCAHO
- Ability to follow coffee recipes accurately
- Ability to properly identify patients and maintain confidentiality
Job Duties
- Perform cashier duties such as greeting customers courteously and totaling sales
- Provide correct change and maintain cash register security
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
- Work independently or with other Baristas to take orders and provide timely service
- Stock condiments, perform cleaning duties, and assist with occasional food preparation
- Follow federal, state, and regulatory agency standards for sanitation and food handling
- Ensure proper patient identification and maintain confidentiality
