The Sales and Customer Service roles involve working on the salesfloor to ensure it remains "runway ready" by re-merchandising, organizing merchandise, and assisting customers with transactions across multiple platforms including in-store, online, and mobile. Employees help create a smooth fitting room experience, maintain store cleanliness, and demonstrate proficiency with all store technologies. These team members also uphold operational and asset protection standards and actively promote rewards programs to enhance customer engagement.
Stock Support and Fulfillment roles focus on the backend operations such as receiving shipments, unloading freight, unpacking merchandise, and delivering it to sales departments. Fulfillment associates are responsible for processing customer orders efficiently according to quality and shipping standards. They utilize inventory management systems to maintain accurate merchandise control, assist in keeping selling floors and stockrooms organized, and support store events and markdowns.
Physical stamina and the ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs are critical across all roles. Duties often involve continuous movement for extended periods, frequent bending, lifting of moderately heavy items, and manual dexterity for handling merchandise.
