Job Requirements

- ability to work flexible schedules based on business needs

- ability to handle physical demands including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and lifting items up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- work collaboratively with team members to maintain a clean and organized salesfloor
- assist customers with purchases across various platforms including in-store, online, and mobile
- operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately
- maintain fitting room operations providing excellent customer service
- organize and restock merchandise on the salesfloor and in the stockroom
- unload, unpack, and deliver merchandise to sales departments
- fulfill customer orders following quality and shipping standards
- utilize inventory management systems for processing and tracking merchandise
- promote Nordstrom Rewards program and other customer initiatives
- uphold operational, merchandise, and asset protection standards
