The Retail Cashier and Customer Service Associate role is a pivotal part of the Customer Relations department, located in Minneapolis. This part-time permanent position offers up to 20 hours per week with open availability required from Monday to Sunday, including nights and weekends. The hourly pay rate is $17.50, reflecting IKEA’s commitment to fair compensation. In this role, associates are the crucial final touchpoint for customers, ensuring a smooth and memorable shopping experience.
