Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in retail or customer service environments preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods up to 4 hours
- Ability to lift items weighing 15 to 35 lbs occasionally
- Ability to perform repetitive motions up to 2 hours continuously
- Strong commitment to safety and loss prevention policies
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work extended periods standing or walking
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Greet customers and proactively approach them to understand their needs and support their shopping experience
- Process customer sales transactions and returns according to established front-end procedures
