Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing between 15 to 35 pounds occasionally
  • Capability to stand or walk for extended periods up to 4 hours
  • Willingness to perform repetitive hand and arm movements for durations up to 2 hours
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs items occasionally up to 5 times per hour
  • Ability to work extended periods of time up to 4 hours standing or walking
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time up to 2 hours continuously

Job Duties

  • Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience
  • Process customer sales transactions and returns in accordance with established Front-End procedures
  • Promote company programs including customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures
  • Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect
  • Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management
