We are currently seeking a dedicated Retail/Barista team member to join us full-time in Carlsbad, CA, earning $17.00 per hour plus tips. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in both customer service and artisanal food preparation within a supportive and positive work environment. The Retail/Barista will be responsible for understanding our products deeply, maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the retail area, handling opening and closing duties including cash management, and communicating effectively with retail leads and managers. Additionally, operating the espresso machine and preparing espresso-style drinks with care and precision are central to this role.

This position is perfect for individuals passionate about food, traditional sourdough bread, and the use of local organic ingredients. We seek someone with a positive attitude, a desire to learn, and the ability to stay organized, focused, and detail-oriented while multitasking in a team environment. Although previous barista experience is preferred, it is not required if you bring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Flexibility in scheduling and availability to work weekends and holidays is important to fulfill the needs of our business.
