Job Duties
- Creates a positive internal and external customer experience

- orchestrates truck delivery prioritizing merchandise processing
- trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles
- ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
- communicates with coordinator on duty to ensure efficient flow of goods
- ensures associates complete tasks according to store plan
- monitors productivity of team and coaches as necessary
- organizes and rotates back stock for easy replenishment
- maintains merchandising philosophy and signage standards
- maintains organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for backroom area
- ensures compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs
- communicates effectively with management and associates
- provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
- partners with management on associate training needs
- ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
