The position focuses on leading and executing receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient and effective processing of merchandise, while supervising and mentoring teams. The successful candidate plays a key role in maintaining superior customer service standards by engaging customers proactively and sustaining a clean, organized store environment. Responsibilities also include managing truck delivery priorities, training associates in merchandising principles, upholding merchandise tagging and coding accuracy, and supporting the overall store operational flow in collaboration with store management.

Job Duties
- Create a positive internal and external customer experience
- promote a culture of honesty and integrity and maintain confidentiality
- orchestrate truck delivery prioritizing processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
- train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles
- ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
- communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor
- ensure associates complete tasks and activities according to store plan, prioritizing as needed
