This full-time role at TJ Maxx Store 0554 in Louisville, KY, offers a competitive starting pay range between $14.25 and $14.75 per hour, commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills. The position focuses on leading and executing receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient and effective processing of merchandise, while supervising and mentoring teams. The successful candidate plays a key role in maintaining superior customer service standards by engaging customers proactively and sustaining a clean, organized store environment. Responsibilities also include managing truck delivery priorities, training associates in merchandising principles, upholding merchandise tagging and coding accuracy, and supporting the overall store operational flow in collaboration with store management.
