The available role at TJ Maxx is a full-time position based at the TJ Maxx Store 0737 located in Federal Way, WA. This position comes with a competitive starting pay range of $18.13 to $18.63 per hour, with the potential to advance up to $28.80 per hour, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience. The role is pivotal in ensuring the effective execution of receiving and merchandising standards while promoting teamwork and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include orchestrating truck deliveries, training and mentoring associates, maintaining merchandising standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of retail and six months of leadership experience, be capable of lifting heavy items, show strong communication and organizational skills, and be adaptable to change.
