The available role is situated at TJ Maxx Store 1009 in Webster, New York, and is designed to foster career growth within the company. This position operates on a full-time basis with a starting pay range from $16.50 to $17.00 per hour, depending on the individual's skills, qualifications, and experience. The candidate will work closely with the Coordinator on Duty to maintain an efficient flow of goods onto the sales floor and manage back stock organization. This role requires strong leadership capabilities to monitor team productivity, provide coaching, and foster a culture of honesty, integrity, and mutual respect. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to store loss prevention efforts, promote credit or loyalty programs, and actively participate in safety initiatives. Job Duties
