This is a retail hourly position located at HomeGoods Store 0359 in Knoxville, Tennessee, with a starting pay range of $14.00 to $14.50 per hour, depending on the candidate’s relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. Job Duties

  • Creates a positive internal and external customer experience

  • communicates with Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor

  • organizes and rotates back stock for easy replenishment
  • maintains merchandising philosophy and signage standards
  • upholds cleanliness and recovery standards for backroom area
