TJ Maxx is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated team member for the role focused on receiving and merchandising standards. This position plays a critical part in maintaining the flow of merchandise from delivery to sales floor while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role involves overseeing the efficient processing of shipments, mentoring associates on merchandising and operational standards, and maintaining a clean, organized store. The position fosters team collaboration to meet store goals and supports leadership in promoting compliance with policies and labor laws.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to excellent customer service. The starting pay range for this role is $16.10 to $16.60 per hour, reflective of the candidate's skills and experience.
