The Receiving and Merchandising Associate will be responsible for executing store receiving standards and merchandising principles to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Job Duties

- orchestrates truck delivery prioritizing merchandise processing
- trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles
- ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured and coded
- communicates with Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor
- ensures associates complete tasks according to store plan
- monitors productivity of team and coaches as necessary
- organizes and rotates back stock
- maintains merchandising and signage standards
- maintains organizational, cleanliness and recovery standards for backroom
- ensures compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs
- communicates with management and associates on priorities
