The role of Merchandising and Receiving Supervisor at TJ Maxx involves managing the receiving and merchandising standards in the store while ensuring associates work efficiently and collaboratively. Additionally, the supervisor will oversee back stock organization, uphold merchandising philosophies and signage standards, and promote safety awareness throughout the workplace.
