The TJ Maxx Retail Store located at 1427 Oak Ridge, TN, is currently seeking a full-time team member to join their store operations. This role focuses on executing receiving and merchandising standards to ensure that associates are processing merchandise efficiently and effectively while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The position plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers, upholding the company’s merchandising philosophy, and ensuring that merchandise is accurately tagged, hung, and coded.
