The TJ Maxx Retail Store located at 1427 Oak Ridge, TN, is currently seeking a full-time team member to join their store operations. This role focuses on executing receiving and merchandising standards to ensure that associates are processing merchandise efficiently and effectively while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The position plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers, upholding the company’s merchandising philosophy, and ensuring that merchandise is accurately tagged, hung, and coded. The starting pay range is competitive, between $14.00 to $14.50 per hour, with the exact rate determined by the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, employees will be responsible for orchestrating the delivery of truck shipments, prioritizing the processing of goods onto the sales floor to optimize product availability. They will also train and mentor associates on proper merchandising and processing techniques, monitor team productivity, and ensure task completion according to the store plan. The position requires an individual who can maintain organization and cleanliness standards in both the sales floor and backroom areas while complying with all safety, labor laws, and company policies. Furthermore, the role supports company initiatives such as shrink reduction programs and promotes credit and loyalty membership.
