The Retail Associate role at Jungle Boys is designed for individuals who possess exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills and who take pride in supporting the Jungle Boys brand. This position is dedicated to delivering the best possible medical cannabis experience to Florida patients by advising and assisting customers thoughtfully and knowledgeably. The Retail Associate will be responsible for guiding patients through the medical card experience and ensuring compliance with state regulations while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment. They will be comfortable with change, eager to learn new roles, and enjoy collaborating with their team to uphold Jungle Boys’ standards of quality and customer service. This role requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of the cannabis products offered, including their effects and properties. The Retail Associate will also be involved in inventory management, point of sale transactions, and adherence to privacy and security policies, all aimed at enhancing the medical cannabis experience for patients. The role is full-time and requires availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays to support the store’s operational needs.
