In this role, the Retail Associate will stay informed on the latest market trends and product innovations through continuous self-education and collaboration with the team. The associate will be responsible for processing customer payments accurately through the dispensary’s Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring that the retail environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with all regulations. Additionally, educating customers on the safe and proper use of cannabis products is a key aspect of this role, fostering a trustworthy relationship between Jungle Boys and its clients.

The Retail Associate will also handle the correct allocation, packaging, and labeling of cannabis products, verifying customers’ identification to comply with legal age requirements, and efficiently managing inventory to keep the sales floor stocked. This position requires attention to detail as well as excellent communication skills, enabling the associate to deliver top-notch service while maintaining a welcoming and professional retail space.
