The role of a HomeGoods team member is integral to delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with TJX's customer-centric philosophy. You will often be cross-trained to support multiple areas within the store to meet fluctuating business needs, helping with merchandise preparation and store recovery throughout the day. This ensures that sales floors meet organizational and cleanliness standards, and that all store operations adhere strictly to labor laws and company policies. The team-oriented role also involves participating in store shrink reduction programs, safety initiatives, and accepting and providing constructive feedback.
