The Retail Associate position at Columbia Sportswear Company is a dynamic role designed for individuals passionate about customer service and retail operations. Your role also encompasses handling merchandise — retrieving items from the sales floor or stock room, processing incoming and outgoing product flows accurately and efficiently, and managing Point of Sales (POS) systems to facilitate smooth checkouts, returns, and exchanges. This position demands adaptability, as working hours may vary seasonally and based on business trends, requiring flexibility in scheduling.
