Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- one year cash handling experience
- customer service experience
- must be able to work all scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard, and holidays
- must obtain Class III A gaming license from Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and Washington State Gaming Commission
- pre-employment drug testing required
- physical ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods
- ability to lift, bend, carry, stoop, walk, push or move supplies and materials weighing up to 25 pounds

- ability to work flexible shifts including days, swings, graveyards, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Promotes superior guest service
- maintains retail inventory
- provides a neat and orderly retail environment
- provides customers with product information as needed
- restocks inventory as needed
- utilizes a POS system to accurately charge guests for all retail merchandise
- responds to guest questions
- resolves guest issues and concerns forwarding escalated situations as needed
- provides accurate information regarding property, departments, casino promotions, and events
