Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift moderate weight and perform physical tasks

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
- Prepare and maintain the bakery, deli, produce, or meat sections as required
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store
- Assist customers with online orders and pickups
- Participate in nightly store closing and stocking activities
