This role demands a strong leader with excellent organizational and analytical skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment, and a commitment to high ethical standards and customer service excellence. Candidates should be flexible to work varied retail schedules including weekends and holidays, and must be willing to work in multiple store locations as needed.
