Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Two years retail experience, some higher volume stores may require more
- B.A. in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of retail operations including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, store budget preparation, and loss prevention
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift 4 lbs constantly, lift maximum 8 lbs occasionally, kneel or squat frequently, move boxes up to 50 lbs with assistance, stand for extended periods, climb ladders occasionally, and frequently climb and descend stairs depending on location
Job Qualifications
- B.A. in Business Administration or related field preferred

- Demonstrated ability to lead and be part of a team

Job Duties
- Create and maintain a total customer satisfaction culture
- Help the Store Manager hit financial marks and operational objectives
- Collaborate with Store Manager and District Manager to execute strategic sales plans
- Coach and develop staff, fostering a team environment
- Coordinate volunteer opportunities to build brand presence in the community
- Assist with payroll processing and schedule creation for store associates
- Lead the store team in the absence of the Store Manager
