The role of Store Assistant Manager at FedEx Office is pivotal in maintaining smooth store operations and delivering a consistent, positive customer experience. This position involves supporting the Store Manager in supervising and overseeing the store's daily business operations, including production, retail, shipping, quality control, and customer interactions. The Store Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager and is expected to perform all the functions of team members as needed. Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 1+ year of related experience, prior supervisory experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members

- experience in retail or customer service settings beneficial
