Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 1+ year of related experience
- Ability to stand during entire shift excluding meal and rest periods
- Ability to move and lift up to 55 pounds
- Ability to bend and twist at waist and knees consistently
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
- Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
- Ability to function in fast-paced environment under substantial pressure
- Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 1+ year of related experience
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication skills

- Knowledge of retail and production processes
- Experience with payroll and scheduling
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Demonstrates consultative behaviors to ensure friendly, polite, expert service is delivered to all customers
- Evaluates the efficiency and productivity of team members in creating positive customer experiences
- Resolves customer disputes and complaints to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Creates a customer focused environment in all areas of the store including production, retail, self-service, and shipping
- Establishes and manages a process for customer flow in the store to improve service experience
- Provides training and development of team members on assigned shifts by monitoring goals and providing feedback
- Interviews job applicants and assists Store Manager with hiring of team members
- Coaches, counsels and provides feedback to team members to ensure adherence to company policies and standards
- Maintains communication with the Store Lead Consultant and production team to ensure deadlines and quality checks
- Oversees shipping related services and activities
- Communicates daily/weekly/monthly goals, performance metrics, customer issues, and company initiatives with the Store Manager and team members
- Complies with and enforces FedEx Office policies and procedures and maintains environment of controls
- Assists Store Manager in payroll review and daily close out of POS
- Performs administrative duties including scheduling, payroll management, training compliance, inventory controls, ordering and receiving supplies
- Performs all other duties as needed or required
