Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent education
  • 1 plus year of related experience
  • prior supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to stand during entire shift excluding meal and rest periods
  • ability to move and lift 55 pounds
  • ability to bend and twist at waist and knees
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and team members
  • ability to cooperate and follow instructions
  • ability to function under substantial pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to maintain concentration for extended periods
  • ability to work with minimal supervision
  • ability to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • demonstrates consultative behaviors to ensure friendly, polite, expert service is delivered to all customers
  • evaluates the efficiency and productivity of team members in creating positive customer experiences
  • resolves customer disputes and complaints timely to ensure customer satisfaction
  • creates a customer focused environment in all areas of the store including production, retail, self service and shipping
  • establishes and manages customer flow processes to improve service experience
  • provides training and development to team members on assigned shifts by monitoring goals and providing feedback
  • interviews job applicants and assists Store Manager with hiring
  • coaches, counsels and provides performance feedback to team members
  • maintains communication with Store Lead Consultant and production team to meet deadlines and perform quality checks
  • oversees shipping services and related activities
  • communicates daily, weekly and monthly goals, performance metrics and company initiatives with Store Manager and team
  • complies with and enforces company policies and procedures
  • assists in payroll review and daily POS close out
  • performs scheduling, payroll management, training compliance, ordering, receiving and inventory control
  • performs other administrative duties as needed
  • all other duties as required
