Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- True people person with outgoing personality
- Motivated to help build the Renewal by Andersen footprint
- Dedicated and dependable team player
- Availability for a minimum of 18 hours per week including weekday and weekend hours
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using technology and scheduling software
- Motivated by commission and performance-based incentives
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Job Duties
- Engage prospective customers at retail and event locations
- Book appointments for no-cost consultations with Renewal by Andersen window experts
- Follow up with customers to provide feedback and information recaps
- Attend paid training sessions to learn proven marketing methodology
- Maintain records of appointments and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve customer outreach
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure excellent customer service
