This position is an exciting opportunity for outgoing, people-oriented individuals to join the Retail & Event Marketing Team at Renewal by Andersen. Your role will involve engaging prospective customers at premier retail locations, booking appointments for no-cost consultations with Renewal by Andersen window experts, and following up with helpful information to support the sales process.

Employees in this role will undergo comprehensive paid training and will be equipped with a proven marketing methodology to ensure success. You will work on-site at established partners’ locations throughout the Greater Carolinas and have the flexibility to set your schedule for a minimum of 18 hours per week, including weekday and weekend availability. This structure allows you to manage your work-life balance effectively while maximizing your earning potential. Compensation includes a competitive base pay, commission opportunities of up to $1,000 weekly, and potential bonuses, making this an ideal role for those who thrive in performance-based environments.
