This part-time marketing role at Renewal by Andersen offers a unique opportunity for motivated individuals who love engaging with people and helping them find optimal home improvement solutions. As a member of the Retail & Event Marketing Team, you will work on-site at premier partner locations where your primary responsibility will be interacting with prospective customers in-store and setting appointments for consultations with Renewal by Andersen window experts. This position is commission-based in addition to a base hourly rate, providing the potential to earn a competitive income dependent on your performance. Successful marketers in this role can expect to earn $16 hourly plus up to $1,200 weekly in commission, enabling you to directly influence your earning potential through the number of appointments you generate.
The job requires dedication, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently while representing a reputable brand. You will undergo paid training and receive guidance on a proven marketing methodology designed to ensure your success and help you excel at generating leads and driving sales opportunities. Daily duties involve using Renewal by Andersen's mapping software and business applications to track customer data and territory progress, maintaining professional conduct and appearance per company standards, and continuously enhancing your knowledge of Renewal by Andersen products, promotional offers, and signature services. You'll be part of a collaborative team environment that values communication and feedback to improve the effectiveness of the canvassing program.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required or 2 years experience
- valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- minimum age of 18 to be covered under company driving insurance policy
- reliable transportation to navigate through territory
- strong verbal communication skills
- goal-oriented and self-motivated
- able to navigate through multiple platforms on tablets
- physically able to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles a day
Job Duties
- Vigorously and diligently work to generate leads while engaging in door-to-door campaigning in assigned territory generating qualified sales opportunities as instructed by the Canvassing Program Manager
- transport self to assigned territory and work independently to while representing Renewal by Andersen at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism
- utilize Renewal by Andersen mapping program, and business applications, to accurately keep records on house-to-house information and data tracking
- be courteous, neat, clean and in proper uniform with required municipality permitting at all times
- attend company meetings as required
- communicate with Canvassing Program Manager ideas that can improve effectiveness of the canvassing program policies of Renewal by Andersen
- master Renewal by Andersen methodology, product, and current promotional offerings
- become a Signature Service expert
