With a mission that emphasizes passion and innovation in flavor, Wingstop has served over a billion wings, illustrating its widespread popularity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
As a full-time General Manager at Wingstop, you will play a critical role in driving the day-to-day success of the restaurant. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, training, scheduling, and managing performance of team members to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be pivotal in handling customer service issues with professionalism, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring all company policies, health, and safety standards are rigorously enforced. Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory tracking, food preparation quality, and maintaining the high standards Wingstop customers expect.
This role demands a leader with strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You must be a problem solver and decision-maker who inspires trust and teamwork among employees. The ability to handle multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and maintain a calm and tactful approach during challenging situations is crucial. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in food service or retail and a Manager Food Handler Certification. Flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, is required to meet the operational demands of the business.
