Beyond supervising daily service operations, this role also involves contributing to operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory management. Additionally, the Shift Leader will participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations, supporting the recruitment, retention, and engagement of outstanding team members.

This position is perfect for individuals with at least one year of restaurant leadership experience and a passion for creating positive guest experiences through strong team leadership. A Food Safety Certification is required, ensuring the Shift Leader understands and enforces important safety protocols. Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities, both verbal and written, are essential to thrive in this fast-paced, dynamic role.
