Founded by Danny Meyer, who is also the Founder and CEO of Union Square Hospitality Group, Shake Shack places great emphasis on creating memorable experiences for both their guests and employees. They are well respected for their innovative approach to fast casual dining, focusing not only on delicious food but also on fostering inclusive and supportive workplace culture. The company prides itself on standing for something good by prioritizing its people, both inside and outside their restaurants.
